As the Associate Director of First Pacific Davies (now Savills) in Hong Kong and Sydney. Kate has built a strong reputation for consistently delivering outstanding service. Establishing the Sydney office Kate lead sales and marketing teams into Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Projects included the Wharf - Sydney Harbour, No 1 Darling Harbour and Meriton Apartments. An approach by Keppel Land led to a move to Ho Chi Mihn City, Vietnam. Kate marketed and leased the iconic Saigon Centre in the heart of the CBD. This development valued at over US$360 mil included a purpose built retail, commercial, business centre and cafe court.

With a sports background Kate then went on to design and market a members only fitness centre with sold out memberships.

Much of her career has been spent in the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Sydney marketing both large mixed developments and prestige homes.
