About Stuart Gray

Born and bred in Wellington I have over 20 years experience as a top real estate performer. Before joining Leaders, I was with L J Hooker Real Estate who later re-branded to Harveys Real Estate. For the ten years I was with them, I was often their top performer and always in the high achievers club (Top 2% of Salespeople Nationally).

Prior to this my father and I owned another real estate company known as Don Gray Real Estate Ltd. Although this company was successful and I was qualified to run my own business, I decided my strengths lay in selling and in particular the business end where negotiation skills are required to close the deal. The knowledge and training I gained from my father was invaluable.

Preceding real estate, I had several years as a top salesman, negotiator and sales trainer within New Zealand and overseas.
My goal is to creatively promote your property so it stands out from the others, especially those with similar features. Once we have the buyers I will endeavour to obtain the top dollar available from the prospective purchasers.
