In October of 2015 I engaged Carol Radford to handle the sale of my property in Island Bay. Being a little cynical through previous dealings with Estate Agents, I expected a sizeable marketing bill followed by a hefty commission for what seems very little effort. In reality however, I could not have been more wrong. The energy Carol brought to the table was far beyond any prior experience and exceptional to say the least. Carol went out of her way in preparing and arranging the house, providing me with a to do list, supplying furnishings, arranging professional photography, liaising with council and dealing with the extensive paperwork, site visits and red tape to achieve the necessary code of compliance I had neglected to complete with an old alteration.
