We used Nic Yates to ?sell our investment property in Wondakiah. In January 2016 we decided to sell the apartment, but we had a minimum amount we wanted - $1.4M - which was essentially asking for a record sale at the time. We weren’t in a hurry to sell and on Nic’s advice, we did not market the property for sale in open classifieds. We were aware that a better apartment in the complex had recently sold for $1.35M, but that apartment was professionally furnished and openly marketed for sale. Our apartment had a tenant where the condition was not inviting for purchasers. Despite that, Nic used his list of potential buyers and achieved a record sale price for us?, off market without any marketing costs!? So, not advertised, not professionally furnished, tenanted, and still sold for a record price in April 2016.
